12/6 Lych-gate 15m south of
Church of St Michael


Lych-gate. Late C19, probably by G E Street. Stone plinth walls, timber- frame,
slate roof. On 2 stone plinth walls, 7 closely spaced arch-braced trusses with
braces carved so as to make each truss resemble a trefoil. Steep-pitched ½-hipped
roof. At road end pair of gates. Included for group value.
