House. 1902-6 by H Sumner. Brick, pebbledashed; old plain tile roof. H-plan of 2
storey and attic, wide one bay central part with wing, 3 bay deep cross-wings. Front
has in recessed centre half-glazed door under flat hood. On either side 8-pane
sash. Over with 3-light sliding casement window. To LH wing single storey bow
with 3 flush-frame 12-pane windows and moulded brick coping. Above paired 12-pane
sashes with sliding shutters and 2-light sliding casement in gable. RH wing has
paired 12-pane sash with sliding shutters. Over 16-pane sash with sliding shutters.
In centre 2-light sliding casement in flat roofed dormer. Ridge stack at junction
of LH wing and main part and stack in roof face to RH of centre in line with RH
wing. On RH wing, behind centre part square-plan glazed cupola with lead roof.
