GV II and 66)

L-shaped row of 3 cottages. C18, altered C19 and C20. Brick, painted or rendered,
plain tile roofs. Set back from road a pair of 1½ storey cottages, 2 bay and 3 bay,
added to end bay of larger single storey wing that comes forward 3 bays and has 2
storey addition on far side of front bay. Front has to LH set back pair, with 2
bay LH cottage having ledged door under flat hood, 2-light camber-head casement, and
2-light gabled dormer above door. RH cottage has similar with projecting wing to
RH bay. On side of wing central pent roofed porch with gabled dormer above.
Irregular small lights in other bays. On gable end 2-light casement and jetty above.
In gable 2-light segmental head casement. To RH 2 storey bay with 2-light segmental
head casement and 3-light over. Ridge stack between set back cottages and RH gable
wall with stack behind ridge. From ridge of lower wing hip rises to 2 storey part
with stack on front face of taller ridge.
