SU 1405 RINGWOOD SOUTHAMPTON ROAD

15/52 Manor Court

GV II

Wing of Manor house, now separate residence. Early C19. Brick, rendered to front,
slate roof. 2 storey, one bay, double pile with low addition to end of far pile.
Front has tripartite sash and 12-pane sash on 1st floor, under hood. Low parapet
with urn on corner and gable wall, at other end stack against stacks of Manor House.
End has to front range 2 round-headed 12-pane sashes, and to rear range flat roofed
extension, having on side large rubbed arch with stone keys containing 6-panel door
under flat hood, fanlight over. On 1st floor either side centre round-headed
windows.
