GV II

House. C18 of several builds and C19. Brick, part painted, plain tile
roof. Plan of 3 bay, 2 storey range along road, outshot to rear, at one
end taller half-hipped one bay block, behind this and bay of 1st range is
2 bay double pile hip-roofed wing. Road front has taller bay to LH, door
in bay beside, lean-to to RH bay, 2-light casements and stack on ridge
between door bay and next bay. Garden front taller, of 3 bays has half-
hipped gable to RH, with french window and 12-pane sash. 12-pane sashes
elsewhere except for C19 canted bay to LH bay. Included for group value.
