GV II

Cottage. Early C18, altered C20. Painted, part rendered brick, thatch
roof. End onto road, 1 1/2 storey, 3 bay. Garden front has plank door with
inserted light, under pent-roofed hood between road and centre bays.
Similar door with light beside in far bay. 2-light casement in road bay
and 3-light casement under segmental head in centre. 1st floor raised
band (cut by hoods). 3-light eyebrow dormer above centre and small
eyebrow dormer over far bay. Roof half-hipped with stack at far end and
ridge stack over door between bays. 1st floor band carries round onto
road end with 2-light casement in gable and high-set attic light.
