Farmhouse. Late C16 altered C18, refronted c1800. Timber-frame with brick
infill, replacement and encased, old plain tile roof with slate eaves. 2 storey,
3 bay and stack/passage bay. Front has offset flint and rubble plinth. To
LH of centre C20 gabled timber, glazed and tile porch on brick
plinth walls. Inside ½-glazed door. C20 windows with diamond leaded lights,
but in openings of c1800 refronting. 3-light casements in LH bay, 2-light in
RH bays. Ground floor openings segmental. Roof ½-hipped. Large LH of centre
ridge stack in 3 diamond shafts. External stack at RH end, surrounded by
1½ storey C19 addition. Frame visible at each end and internally. Other C18
features inside.
