Cottage. Early C19. Brick with stuccoed dressings and stacks, slate roof, two storey, three bay. Front has central narrow bay slightly projecting. Plank door with inserted light in heavy stucco door case with hood on brackets. Each side twelve-pane sash under stuccoed arch. On first floor twelve-pane sashes. Stucco blocking course. Roof hipped with stacks on return ridges.
