Shop with accommodation. Mid C19. Brick, painted, a lot of stucco dressings, slate roof. Two storey, four bay. On ground floor glazed doors to right hand of centre bay and between left hand bays. At right hand end four-pane door to flat over. Over these rusticated arch. Elsewhere between rusticated pilasters and under similar arches, are two plate-glass shop windows under rectangular fanlight of three or four-panes. Over balcony on cast-iron brackets with railings having anthemions and stars on top of uprights. On first floor between each bay pilaster, those each end and in centre with applied capital. In each bay large sash with narrow side panes and segmental head that cuts frieze. Over full entablature, moulded cornice with small modillions and low parapet. Central ridge stack with modillioned off-set head.
