Cottage. C17, altered C18, much enlarged C20. Timber-frame with brick infill,
thatched roof, enlargements in matching material. 1½ storey, 3 bay originally
with 2 bays added to one end and 2 storey, 3 bay wing added to rear of other
end. Front of older range, facing road, has older part to RH, with brick plinth
below baseplate, running right across. In each bay C20 2-light leaded diamond
pane casement and another between RH bays replacing doors. Over original 3 bays
2 or 3-light similar C20 casement in eyebrow dormer. Over RH of added bays C20
4-light casement in eyebrow dormer. Stacks at either end, that to RH is C18
external stack. Ridge stack over older part between 2nd and 3rd bay from RH.
