(Old St Peteris Rectory). (Cheese House). Dated 1459 but probably early C16. Two storeys. Two gables to road front. Timber-framed with plaster infilling; upper part oversails brick ground floor. Carved bargeboards to gable ends. Projecting porch with carved head. C17 panelling in interior. Modern windows on either aide of doorway. Tiled roof.

Nos 1, 3, 4 to 12 (even) and St Peter's Theatre form a group.
