Wolvesey Castle

Ruins are remains of Caste erected by Bishop Henry de Blois (1129-1171).
Original Bishops residence (see Archaeological Journal 1902). Destroyed
by Roundheads, 1646. Chapel, mainly C,15, remains in use. AM.
