Probably late C17, modernised. Colourwashed brick. No 72 has three storeys,
three windows, diamond lattice casements. No 73 has two storeys, five
windows, wooden cross casements, and a modern shop front. Tiled roof.
Interior with good staircase.
All the listed buildings in Kingsgate Street form a group.
