C18. Early. 2 storeys. Red brick walls with blue headers, bands, moulded
eaves cornice, old tile roof. Centre first floor window in brick panel.
Symmetrical with 2 projecting wings with mansard roofs, 1 dormer in wing.
1 window in wings. 5 windows in central part and central door. Glazing
bars removed. Segmental heads. Flush window frames. Pedimented hood
on carved consoles over door, eight-panel door with raised and fielded
panels.
All the listed buildings on the east side of Southgate Street form a group.
