Late C19. In the Dutch Jacobean style. Red brick. Three storeys, three
paired windows ground floor bows. Projecting porch. Much decorative
detail, pilasters, bands, dentils. pediment etc. Parapet, roof not visible.
Graded for group value.
All the listed buildinas on the east side of Southgate Street form a group.
