Pair of semi-detached houses. Circa 1840. White brick in header bond; rear of
rubblestone and flint with red brick dressings; right return rendered. Welsh
slate roof. Red-brick stacks, mostly rendered. Handed pair with symmetrical
elevation; 2 storeys with cellar, 4 bays. Plinth of red brick in header bond.
Stone steps up to central round-arched doorways. Windows have flat brick arches
and projecting stone sills apart from segmental-arched cellar windows. Over-
sailing eaves to shallow, hipped roof. 2 stacks to each end. Rear: brick
quoins, window surrounds, and eaves band. Single-storey additions not of
special interest; ground floor windows altered. All openings boarded up at time
of inspection (December 1989).
