SU 53 SE ITCHEN STOKE AND OVINGTON ITCHEN STOKE

Pair of cottages. C17. Timber-frame with brick infill, roof thatched. 2
storey. 5 bay with brick outshot to left end. Timber-frame exposed with
diagonal braces in left 2 bays. Door in centre bay C19. Irregular C19 &
C20 casements on each floor with eyebrow dormer to large C19 2-light
casement in bay to left of centre. Roof hipped and swept down on left
with decorated ridge piece and large central multi-flued ridge brick
stack.
