SU 54 SW MICHELDEVER MICHELDEVER STATION

2/5 Warren Farm House

GV II

Farmhouse. RP esq, and AD 1775 on pair of tablets, with C19 additions.
Brick with Portland stone-dressing, plain-tiled roof, T-shaped with top
of T, 1775 front, stem of T earlier C18 building with C19 wing attached to
its side. Front 4 bay, 2 storey with cellar, Portland stone plinth. Door
second bay from right 4 panels raised and fielded with 3-light semi-circle
fanlight. Portland stone pilasters either side supporting moulded semi-
circular Arch. Around this moulded segmental hood supported on corbels.
Running from either side of this 1st floor string course. Above door 2-light
casement with rubbed brick arch. Other bays have on ground floor 3-light
casement to ground with rubbed brick arches and on 1st floor 3-light case-
ments with rubbed arches and Portland sills. Above is moulded cornice. C19
stacks at either end, ornate double flue stack at left end, gable on right
overhanging.
