House above shop, in 2 parts, the north side being taller. C18,C19. Stucco, with
tile roofing. 2 storeys and attic, 2.1 windows. The roofing has 2 levels, at the
north side the higher eaves has a modillion cornice : each part has a hipped
roofed dormer, one with casements, the other a Victorian sash. At the 1st floor
the north side has an angular bay, the south 2 openings, with Victorian sashes.
The ground-floor is a wide double-fronted shop, with a continuous frieze and cor-
nice, slightly-projecting bay, with coupled central doors (one only used).
