GV II

House and shop. C18, early C19 front. Stucco with tile roof. 2 storeys
and attic, 3 windows. Plinth, plain openings. Victorian sashes in exposed
frames : shop windows, east side plain, the west a wide rectangular bay of
shallow projection. Doorcase with moulded cornice, double scroll brackets
above thin pilasters, panelled reveals, & C20 high-glazed door. One flat-
roofed dormer with casement.
