GV II

C18 late C19. Stucco, with a tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 upper windows. 3 hipped-
roofed dormers with casements. Parapet, with coping stone and band, cambered
openings. Sashes in exposed frames, narrow double lights to the ground-floor.
Central porch with cambered opening and a flat-roofed rectangular bay at the.
1st floor. A doorway on each side of the porch has a moulded canopy on brackets,
and ½-glazed door.
