3/30 Grove Cottage

GV II

Row of cottages now cottage. C17 and C18. Timber-frame encased in brick, roof
thatched, brick stacks. 1½ storeys, 6 window range, English bond brickwork. C20
glazed doors between windows at left end and in centre. Windows C20 oak-framed 3
and 4-light casements. Above all but right window large eyebrow dormers with
similar casements. Exposed frame in gables. Roof half-hipped with ridge stacks
at either end and to left of centre.
