SU 52 NE BRAMDEAN HINTON HILL

Pair of cottages, once house, C17, C18. Timber-frame with brick infill, front
encased in brick with flint and brick addition, roof thatched. 3 bay C17 house
with C18 bay added to right. End onto road, 4 bay, 1½ storey, C19 planked doors,
between inner outer bay, under open timber tiled gabled porch. Windows C20
3-light steel and right of centre 4-light steel all in timber frames, with
cambered head. Above 4 regular eyebrow dormers with 3-light steel windows. Roof
half-hipped with decorated ridge piece. Large ridge stack in centre and small
stack at either end of C17 building.
