11/20 Brook Cottage

GV II

House. Late C18. Colourwashed brick, plain tile roof. Double pile house,
2 storey, 3 bay. Central early C19 6-panel flush frame top lit door in stucco
architrave. Each side C18 wide 20-pane sash with gauged brick arch. On 1st
floor 3 wide 12-pane sashes with gauged brick arches. Boxed eaves to hipped
roof. Stack on each hip. Connected at right end bay of 3 bay cottage, other
2 bays being Colyton Cottage (q.v.).
