5/53 Ballroom and Billiards
Room 10m N of Dean House

GV II

Billiards room and ballroom, now squash court. Early and late C19. Brick with
slated roof. 1½ storey, 2 bay billiards room with 2 storey, 4 bay ballroom
attached to left. Original front door of house in centre of billiards room, C18
wide 6-panel door with radiating fanlight in stone surround, lugged at springing.
Stone coping to parapet and hipped roof with stack at left end built up against
ballroom wall. Ballroom wall blank except for 4 large panels on 1st level and
weatherboarding above them. Roof hipped.
