SU 52 NW CHILCOMB CHILCOMB

Cottage. C17 refronted C18 and C19. Timber-frame core with brick encasing,
plain tile roof. L-shaped 3 bay front with 2 bay cross-wing to rear and
C19 flint service room to right. Front 1½ storey, 3 bay. Central C19 door
top-glazed in gabled timber porch with bargeboard and finial. Each side C20
full height canted bays with french windows on ground floor and sashes on
1st floor with tile hanging between. Sash in gabled dormer above door.
Roof hipped to right with large stack on hip and at left end.
