Cottage. Circa 1900.Flint and thatch. Front (south) of 1 storey and attic,
2 windows. ½-hipped roof, with eaves raised above the upper windows. The main
wall is flint, with brick dressings; quoins, plinth: the 1st floor is slightly-
jettied and covered in small shingles, containing horizontal patterns. The
casements (of 2, 3 or 5 units) have leaded lights, each of 35 small square panes.
Boarded door in plain frame.
