11/9 Yew Tree Cottage

GV II

Former pair, now one dwelling. C17, with C20 extension at the east side.
Timber-frame, with a thatch roof. One storey and attic, the front (south)
has 1 dormer above 5 windows and a doorway. ½-hipped roof, lower above the
narrower east side, with eaves raised above the dormer. The exposed frame,
with plaster infill, is mostly C20, as well as the casements and ½-glazed door.
At the rear and west end there is original exposed framing, with plaster fill
in the upper part and painted brick in the lower.
