11/12 Pond Cottage

GV II

Cottage. Late C18. Brick and thatch. 1 storey and attic, 3 windows.
½-hipped roof, with eaves raised above the upper windows, and timber-frame
exposed in the east end gable. Red brickwork in English bond, with some
blue headers, cambered openings to the ground-floor. Old leaded casements,
the ground-floor having shutters, each of 4 panels. Rustic porch of c. 1900,
with double boarded doors.
