13/18 Rosebank

GV II

Cottage. Mid C18 with late C18. Colourwashed brick and old plain tiled
roof. Small 3 bay cottage with larger bay added to left. Front 2 storey
and 3 bay with wide 4th bay. Central doorway to original building with
pent-roofed C20 porch. Each side segmental headed leaded cross window and
above 3 2-light leaded casements. Left bay slightly projecting with wide
segmental headed leaded casement, and 2-light casement above. Continuous
roof with toothed eaves. Stacks to each end of original building and at
left end. At right end weatherboarded store.
