SU 5132 ITCHEN VALLEY EASTON

GV II

Small house. Early C18. Colourwashed brick, flint in rear wing, old plain
tile roof. 3 bay by 3 bay house with low service wing to rear. Symmetrical
2 storey 3 bay. Central late C18 6-flush-panel door in solid frame under C19
hip-roofed timber-trellis porch. Each side C19 3-light segmental headed
casements. Above C19 3-light casement each side of 2-light casement.
Dentilled eaves cornice to hipped roof with symmetrical end stacks.
