SU 5132 ITCHEN VALLEY EASTON

13/37 The Farmery

Cottage. C17 altered early C19. Timber-frame with brick infill and
rebuilding, partly rendered or weather-boarded, thatched roof. L-shaped
timber-frame of 2 storeys and 2 bays with 1 bay wing to rear at left,
and C20 single storey infill to rear beyond it. Front has C20 gabled
brick porch at left with door on right side and wall rebuilt in brick C19
with 2 3-light casements. Above in timber-frame 2 C18 3-light casements.
Roof half-hipped to left with gable end rebuilt at right with stack early C19.
