SU 52 NE ITCHEN VALLEY

7/26 Hampage Farmhouse

Farmhouse now pair of cottages. C17 refronted and extended C18. Timber-
frame core, with brick encasing and additions, concrete pantile roof, 3 bay
and stack bay encased in brick with bay added to left late C18 to balance
facade, outshot to rear. C19 planked door in solid frame in centre, below
stack and at inner end of added bay. 4 3-light casements, with segmental
heads. On 1st floor in centre bays 3-light casements,outside bays have
2-light casements. Buttresses at each end. Roof hipped with large centre
ridge stack above left door and stack on right hip.
