SU 42 SE COLDEN COMMON HENSTING LANE

Cottage. C17 refronted C18. Timber-frame with brick infill,refronting
and addition, old plain tile roof. Small 3 bay, 1½ storey building with
2 bay single storey addition to left, end onto road C19 planked door in
open timber porch with 2-light camber head casement beside, in left bay,
3-light camber head casements in other bays, and in addition with garage
door beside. Above right bay C20 3-light eyebrow dormer and above other
bays 2-light gabled dormer. Roof half-hipped with large stack to right of
centre between bays.
