Rectory, now private house. C17 core encased in brick early C18, altered
C19. Brick, old plain tile roof. 2 storey and attic J-shaped house of
7 bay central range with 2 bay wide, 2 bay deep wing to front at left and
2 bay wide cross-wing across right end. In right of centre, bay C18
6-panel door under porch of flat hood on brick piers. Blind opening in
centre on 1st floor and 4 18-pane sashes with thick glazing bars and rubbed
brick arches. Left wing has external stack in centre of end and openings
with rubbed brick arches on each side on both floors and tall 12-pane sashes
in all openings except bottom right. On side of wing on both floors similar
openings with sashes on ground floor. Right wing has C19 canted hip-roofed
bay with above 12-pane sash with in gable 6-pane sash. To centre and inside
of wings coved timber eaves cornice. Stack on ridge to right of door and end
stacks on left end.
