GV II

Cottage, once pair. C16 core, late C18. Timber-frame core, brick encasing
and addition, plain tile roof. 3 bay and smoke bay timber-frame building
with bay added to right with brick refronting. Front 4 bay, 1½ storey.
Plinth. C18 doors between bays in both halves of building, with segmental
heads and small moulded flat hoods. Each side of doors and at left end
2-light cast iron casements with lozenge panes. Toothed eaves cornice.
3 irregularly spaced gabled dormers with 3-light casements similar to others.
Roof half-hipped with approximate central long ridge stack.
