Sundial. 1720 supposedly designed by Sir Isaac Newton. Portland stone
base and pedestal, bronze sundial. Round single step base, with central
bulbous pilaster pedestal. Dial has intricate diagrams for calculating time
precisely and casts of Conduit family with whom Newton stayed.
