4/35 Hill Cross

Cottage. Of timber-framed origin, with C18 recladding and mid-C19 rear wing.
Walls of brickwork in Flemish bond with blue headers, the wing with Flemish Garden
Wall bond. Tile roofs, half-hipped to the old part with catslide at rear, gabled
dormers with cills at eaves level: rear wing taller. North-west front elevation
of one storey and attic three windows. Casements. Early C20 large brick
traditional porch. Rear wing of two storeys with vernacular features. Large
tapered stack at the north end: central shafted stack.
