1/18 Pond House & boundary wall,
formerly Upham Stores & PO

House. C18 and C19. Walls of painted brickwork, some rat-trap bond, north wing of
flint with brick dressings. Hipped tile roof. East front of two storeys three
windows, extended northwards as a single-storeyed service wing (formerly the
bakery). Sashes above casements. 6-panelled door in an architrave, within a
trellis porch. The boundary wall is of brickwork, in panels, surmounted by a plain
wrought-iron rail.
