1/8 The Manor House

House. Early C19 and mid C19. Front wall of brickwork in blue headers, with stone
wedge lintels, also brick walls of Flemish Garden Wall bond, some sections with
blue headers and cambered openings, other walls of flintwork with brick quoins
bands and cambered arches. Low-pitched hipped slate roof. L-shaped block with
longer wing (mid C19) within the angle: south-east front elevation of two storeys
four windows. Sashes in reveals. Plain doorway. The other elevations have
casements, with a north-side rectangular bay. The main entrance is in the later
wing, with cornice on brackets, architrave, and 6-panelled door.
