Building group of houses (now offices) above shops. Late C19, mid C19, with late
C19 and C20 features. Main wall of stucco, plinth, shallow rustic quoins,
cambered openings, panelled parapet with moulded cornice, having bold dentils:
other walls of painted brickwork. Tile roof. The main part is a symmetrical
mid C19 classical facade of two storeys two windows, with a centre panel above
a square carriage opening, and a late C20 attic storey of three windows.
Casements, three shopfront bays. The north side, of two storeys two windows, is
of vernacular form, and has a simple classical doorcase. Another entrance(to
the south side shop) is positioned in the rounded curve of the corner of the
building.
