Cosy Cot and Avalon)
Two houses. C18. Walls of brickwork in header bond above Flemish bond, slightly-
cambered openings, tiled gable. Tile roof, one hipped dormer, coved plaster eaves.
South front elevation of two storeys and attic, four above two windows. Sashes,
some early C19, some Victorian. Plain doorways, with hoods on brackets.
