9/1 Soberton Mill House

House. Early C18, with substantial additions of c,1900 in matching style. Brick
walls of Flemish bond with blue headers, plinth, 1st floor band. Tile roof,
plaster coved eaves. Symmetrical south-west front of two storeys three windows,
with north-west wing of one storey and attic one window. C20 casements. C20
brick porch with classical doorframe.
