Small house, one of a pair with The Lodge, High Street (East side). Late C18.
Stucco walls, with joint lines. Hipped slate roof. Symmetrical south front
elevation of two storeys three windows. Sashes in reveals. Plain doorway, with
4-panelled door beneath a fanlight. Set back at the east side, a high brick wall of
Flemish Garden Wall bond extends, with a plain doorway (to a rear yard), and
follows a curving line, to end as a plain pilaster (opposite the similar feature
of the Lodge).
