GV II
Pair of estate cottages. Mid C19. Flint walls with yellow brick dressings;
quoins, cambered arches with keys, chamfered openings. Tile roof. Symmetrical
south front with central double gable. Two storeys, 1.1.1.1 windows. Cast-iron
'Tudor' casements, ground-floor splayed bays with hipped tile roofs. Plain doors
with timber-framed porches, having pediment roofs of scalloped tiles. Terracotta
Tudor chimneys.
