SU 6208 SOUTHWICK AND WIDLEY WEST STREET

GV II
Two cottages. C17 timber frame with C18 extension (29) and early C19 recladding.
Exposed frame at the west side (31) with brick infill and lower walls, brickwork
in Flemish Garden Wall bond, rear wall and west outshot of brickwork with a series
of pilasters. Thatch roof, hipped and with an extension to a lower eaves above
the outshot, catslide at rear. South front elevation of two storeys, one above
three windows, with set back outshot at the west end, containing a doorway.
