Cottage, with a store. Late C16 timber frame with crucks, early C20 rear
extensions. Exposed frame with brick and plaster infill, on a base of brickwork
and stone rubble, boarding to the store. Hipped thatch roof, lowered at the west
side, one eyebrow and one taller gabled dormer: cylindrical flues on a square base.
North front elevation of one storey and attic, two above four windows. Casements.
Boarded door in a plain frame. The lowered west side (the store) projects slightly.
