(Abuts No 12.) Mid C18. Whitened brick. 2 storeys. 2 flat-headed 12-pane
sashes. One late C18 moulded wood barred bow window coupled to later doorcase
with moulded cornice overall. Early C19 small shop front and doorway on right
hand. Modillion eaves, slates.

All the listed buildings on the South Side from Nos 2 to 24 (even) form a good
group.
