Late C18. Red brick; 3 storeys; long and short quoins at sides; 4 sash windows
with fluted keyblocks and flat brick arches; sill band; modillion eaves cornice;
parapet. Modern shop fronts. Returned side to Cowl Street has 6 windows (some
blocked) with channelled lintels.

Nos 37 to 47 (odd) form a group.
