Cottage C16 to C17 blue lias stone with modern plain tile roof and North end wall
stack. One and a half storeys. Gabled projection with 3-light stone mullioned window
with hoodmould below and 4-light casement with iron opening light above.

Modern rear extension. Attached to and part of a group with Woodbine Cottage and
Dingley Dell, Main Street.
